The energy of spring is alive and vibrant and all I want to do is spend time outside with plants, sun, and community.
That's why Prints & Plants made its first public appearance!
We visited Frenchy's Park to give away bags of local produce.
There was one catch:
to get a bag of farm fresh veggies, you had to make a print.
It was for many kids, adults, and families who all joined in on the fun. People took breathers from their exercise for an art break to get veggies for dinner.
Ink was flying and veggies were inspiring.
We exchanged ideas for what to cook, talked about turnips, and shared creative shapes with each other.
It's a hands-on world, folks! Get inky!
